• Worked with a senior designer, developers, and Product Managers on the Salesforce CRM project. Led the design process for the Credit Upgrade project to enhance the relationship between bankers and Credit Consultants, focusing on increasing transparency and visibility in communication. Conducted usability testing for the MVP, resulting in a 30% improvement in user satisfaction.
Payment Team (March 2023 - October 2023)
• Cooperated with designers and developers to redesign and unify the payment flows across multiple products. Streamlined the payment experience, enhancing security and privacy awareness.
Design System Team(August 2021- March 2023)
• Collaborated with design system team members and developed a comprehensive design system from the scratch on the design system team, achieving a fully functional stage. This system is now used by over 100 professionals across various roles, including designers, engineers, and content designers. Wrote documentation, led and mentored teams to create reusable, fully responsive, and accessible components for multiple platforms.
