• Established UX design as the first stage of all Web and mobile application developments, instituting a user-centered design (UCD) approach

It was a major consolidation program OF NSW.GOV.AU. My main responsibilities were to look after overall design strategies and User experience of the 1000plus website which will be consolidated over time in NSW.gov.au website. User centric approach is key to this project.
Managing the stakeholder needs from various other Government agencies.
• Facilitating the workshop with stakeholders to understand the requirements.
• Creating User Journeys, process mapping, personas.
• Generates the lo-hi fi mockups and prototypes to validate the design decisions.
• Information architecture and content migration planning.
• Design consistency throughout the journey e.g. key design decisions for the designing the components and working with Digital NSW design system team to validate the UI components and style guide.

• Consolidate all NRMA products into one NRMA BLUE.
• Manage to coordinate with all international product managers to bring the consistent digital experience across all solutions.
• Runs and coordinate with external CX agencies to facilitate the discovery sprints to achieve the best outcomes and real user needs
• Iteration and continuous testing with real user and internal stakeholder was a major win to this project.
• Seamless experience through simple and modern design by keeping WCAG 2.0 Accessibility standards
• Manage the tight project deadlines and launch the MVP product accordingly with close interaction with the team and looking after the budgets for research and overall recruitment process.
