I am an experienced User Experience Designer & Researcher living in the Bay Area. I'm an empathetic designer passionate about designing for people making their experience better, pleasing and delightful. I design experiences for web and handheld devices. My design inception starts with research and undergoes the life process of various sketches, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, user testing and finally delivering. Otherwise, I pursue my wild design dreams during my free time.

I like to think myself as a CEO… :) Of course not literally but in terms of my approach to designing with a 360° view. I go above and beyond to understand the business, market, competition, customers, design trends, principles, and best practices. I believe a good design emerges when these dimensions intersect. Sometimes I work on exploratory projects to help formulate the product vision and design strategy, and sometimes I work within constraints for a product by identifying customer problems. I love growing with the company, growing customer base and shaping the products for now and for the future. 

I graduated with MS in Human-Computer Interaction Design from Indiana University, Bloomington. My technical background in front-end engineering helps me collaborate effectively and identify risks, costs, and trade-offs early on.

Outside of design, I am also a Dance Choreographer and an Athlete (discus & shotput thrower). I love to workout to keep myself fit and healthy. I am also a pianist, costume designer, photographer, pet lover and much more.
