The app allowed vendors to send a single link to their customers to collect payments and keep track of invoices and earnings. The business proved to be high CAC and low margin. Klatch: WhatsApp for large communities. Traditional messaging apps work great for 1:1 or small groups but become a chaotic mess for larger groups.
