•Participated in a 16-week apprenticeship program at Microsoft with 12 other Designers with a non-tech background, which included 4 weeks of in-classroom training, and 12 weeks of project-based learning and mentorship on the Microsoft Education Guardian Experiences team.
•Conducted user research by interviewing 10 participants to gain important insights that helped drive the design and business decisions across Microsoft Education.
•Analyzed qualitative and quantitative insights from secondary and primary user research to understand the constraints and challenges within the educational technology space and the U.S. public special education system.
•Presented user research findings to senior leadership and an audience of over 80 Design, Engineering, PM, and Business teams. The presentation drove major inclusive design efforts across Microsoft Education.
