Delegated and monitored battery sub-team tasks including resistance welding, cell characterization, PCB design and soldering, CAD models & 3D printing, battery mounting, fusing and wiring.
Led meetings and work sessions, onboarding new members, creating 122V battery from ground up on a 6 month timeline.

### Battery Engineer @ UC Berkeley Solar Vehicle Team, CalSol
Jan 2023 – Jan 2024
Designed and manufactured a rail mounting system for battery pack, allowing for removal in 45 seconds in case of emergency while withstanding 10 G.
Built fire retardant, non conductive battery enclosure with thermal venting and probing access. Installed and wired contactors/fuse inside the enclosure.

Used Fusion360 to design a rear dropout and SLS lugs for Carbon fiber mountain bike. 
Designed CAD of a custom bike frame in SolidWorks.

Designed gears from the ground up, delivering custom gears from CAD to production with FEA analysis
