I'm a UX designer and researcher based in the San Francisco Bay Area with a background in cognitive science! I’ve noticed that there have been two constants in my life: music and my curiosity in others. This led me to study cognitive science with a focus in music cognition at Vassar College.

Part of the reason I decided to dive into UX is that it allows me to use my ever-growing interest in human behavior to make a positive impact on people’s day-to-day lives. I’ve been a bit partial to the user research side ever since I took a course on qualitative methods. As someone with a more quantitative (ex-computer science major) background, it opened up a whole new world of ways to understand others. I also love that I get to tap into my creative side to solve problems and design delightful & functional experiences. 

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me swing dancing, drinking too much roasted green tea, or out exploring :-)
