• designed, planned, and built a webhook-triggered automated onboarding process for new clients (including backend infrastructure and user-facing onboarding flows); designed and built an OAuth connection to an external CRM (HubSpot) to power it, laying the foundation for later improvements on our two-way data flow between CRM and backend
• built crucial components of a user-facing library for creative assets, including displaying and uploading them (with supporting backend infrastructure tied to S3)
• helped refine and push for greater engineering org adoption of a staging environment in order to quicken new features’ testing cycles

I served as a technical article editor and web administrator for JapanFocus: The Asia-Pacific Journal, an academic journal hosting content about eastern Asian events and history. I frequently worked with the site/journal owner and article authors, collaborated with technical support, and worked with other web administrators to keep the site updated and running smoothly.
