# Ki Kim > Walmart eCommerce Location: Castro Valley, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/kikim I’m a user-focused product designer passionate about creating meaningful, intuitive experiences that align business goals with real user needs. I thrive on research, exploration, testing, and iteration throughout the Product Design Lifecycle (PDLC). I love talking to users, understanding their behaviors, and diving into data to uncover what customers truly need, want, and why. I approach every problem as an opportunity to learn, empathize, and design solutions that both surprise and delight. ## Work Experience ### Principal Product Designer @ Walmart Jan 2022 – Present | San Bruno, California, United States 🔹 Customer-Facing Fulfillment (2025–Current) I joined the Customer-Facing Fulfillment team to help customers get the items they want—faster and more reliably. Fulfillment involves complex business logic, and my focus is on creating a transparent, efficient, and seamless end-to-end experience that makes it simple for customers to understand and trust the process. Most recently, I led the end-to-end customer experience for Walmart’s Drone Delivery program, shaping how customers discover, order, and receive their items through this innovative fulfillment channel. 🔹 Subscriptions & Pet RX Design Lead (2022–2024) As the Design Lead for Subscriptions and Pet RX (Auto-Ship), I’m responsible for delivering seamless end-to-end customer experiences. The Subscriptions experience, launched in September 2023, was built entirely from scratch — creating a unique service and design that set us apart from competitors. Since launch, our team has continuously introduced new features and refined the experience using insights from data and customer feedback. I drive business growth and conversion improvements through data-driven design strategies and provide a 12–24 month product vision that helps shape the roadmap. Managing both Subscriptions and Pet RX allows me to ensure a cohesive and scalable customer experience across both services. ### Lead Product Designer @ Good Eggs Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 🔹 Lead Product Designer — Growth Team, Good Eggs As the Lead Designer on the Growth Product Team, I led the app refresh project from Home to Checkout, using a data-driven approach that increased the average order value by $17 per customer.
