• Responsible for the overall management of the events program for Bespoke including space bookings, sales, sponsorship sales, production, marketing & PR, staffing, vendor relations and administration.
• Determines staffing needs and recruits, hires, manages & trains full time, seasonal and contractual staff.
• Creates appropriate BtoB marketing strategies including advertising, social media and public-relations plans. Leads in the development of promotional campaigns, printed materials, press releases, website and digital marketing assets/channels.
• Directs the development and administration of all events and activities at Bespoke.
• Administers annual budgets and responsible for cash flow from all programs. Organizes and carries out solicitation of sponsors and all other revenue-generating initiatives. Approves expenditures and ensures all programs are operating within budget.
• Actively markets venue for Client Event bookings. Manages process from start to finish including solicitation, negotiation, contracts, insurance, permits, billing, production planning, load-in / out, production management. Works to secure repeat business.
• Coordinates closely with clients, event planners, DMCs, maintenance, vendors, Police & Fire, security & housekeeping personnel to ensure cooperation and communication for all events.
• Negotiates contracts and bids as well as manages relationships with preferred vendors and agencies.
• Works closely with Westfield Management Team on maintenance needs and infrastructure upgrades as needed.
• Participates in the development and implementation of policies and legal protocols for WSFC events spaces including applications, contracts, permitting processes, codes of conduct, etc.

• Responsible for all floral design and production for high volume event company with upwards of 40 floral events per month.
• Worked closely with partner event vendors from Got Light, Michael Hensley, Classic Party Rentals, and La Tavola Linens to create lavishly unique events in San Francisco and surrounding Bay Area.
• In charge of all purchases and budgeting for floral costs to ensure maximum profit margins on large and small scale events.
• Acted as point liaison for 10 sales managers and often worked directly with clients on the concept and pricing of their events.
• Oversaw a team of 10-15 employees.

• Responsible for creating floral displays at The Fairmont Hotel. This includes the main lobby piece, and various floral arrangements for corporate and private events.
• Work closely with the hospitality staff of The Fairmont to provide maximum satisfaction when hosting VIP guests including foreign prime ministers and celebrities.
• Lead PR and social media campaigns to promote business development and grow client base.
• Manage the retail shop and provide customers with excellent hospitality and service.
• Organize events and weddings while working fastidiously around deadlines and catering to various design styles and client’s specifications.
• Act as point person on site to events at local luxury hotels including The Fairmont, San Francisco, The Four Seasons, San Francisco, and The Ritz Carlton, Half Moon Bay.
• Created star pieces in Bouquets to Art 2012 and 2013 featured at the de Young Museum.
