I’m a Senior Product Designer with a background in human factors and clinical pharmacy.

"First, do no harm."
That’s the oath I took when I entered healthcare. It didn’t just mean “Don’t hurt patients.” It meant, "Catch what others miss. Ask questions that prevent harm. Prevent errors from happening." When I moved from healthcare to UX design, the oath came with me. Now, instead of catching drug interactions, I catch product mistakes before they ship. Instead of asking, "What if this dosage is wrong?” I ask, "What if this interaction pattern breaks?”

This is why I don't just design what I'm told to design. I ask the questions that prevent harm to users and businesses. Through this, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to solving complex problems through research, interaction design, and systems thinking. I’m passionate about using design to bridge technology and empathy — crafting customer-facing solutions that are both elegant and impactful.

As a Senior UX Designer at Gap Inc., I lead end-to-end product design across web and native mobile platforms, with experience in browse and discovery, checkout, and account experiences.
