Explored pivot interactions to a new tab for greater discovery of new content. Drove conversation and engagement via commenting feature expansion on mobile across the family of apps. Implemented online status across multiple platforms and apps to drive meaningful conversation by helping users understand the online activity of friends & connections. Ads Manager for Mobile (2018) Led the design of Ads Manager creative tools feature for iOS and Android to help Small/Medium Businesses leverage creative assets in their advertising efforts. Worked directly with the React Native team to implement creative tooling experience on the first app built by Facebook entirely on React Native. Conducted user research domestically and abroad to understand the needs of small businesses and larger agencies in managing their ads on mobile. ### Senior Product Designer @ Instacart Jan 2015 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco Bay Area Growth (2016-2017) Led the design of onboarding experience to grow user base & communicate the value of the Instacart experience with a milestone-based framework. Identified optimizations to simplify the feature & land on the core experience effectively & efficiently for new customers. Oversaw the launch of various design candidates in multi-variant testing across web, iOS, and Android. Core Experience (2015-2016) Led the design of a browse experience to drive product discovery for a core segment of users. Focused on scalable designs that leveraged theme-based templates & retailer promotions. Explored a multi-retailer feature which enabled customers to see similar results across the entire Instacart platform. ### Product Designer @ Coin, Inc. Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 | San Francisco Bay Area Oversaw many and all tasks related to product experience and brand at Coin. Led the design of the Coin app on iOS and Android, designed the interface of Coin’s bluetooth enabled hardware, executed the product packaging design and fulfillment experience of Coin to early stage backers, & designed the web dashboard for card & account management.
