# Kinga Rutynowski > ✍️ Creative Human & Product Designer | Turning Complex Ideas into Simple, Meaningful Experiences Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/kinga I’m a product designer passionate about innovation, storytelling, and creating meaningful, user-centered digital experiences. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of user behavior, design psychology, and data-driven insights. All this with the goal of improving how people interact with technology. I approach each project by balancing functionality, aesthetics, and business needs. I’m especially drawn to minimalist design, not just for its clean look, but for its power to make interactions intuitive and purposeful. Every element in my designs serves a clear function, informed by semiotics and visual structure. I’ve also taken the time to learn to code. Not to become a developer, but to better understand the technical context of my design decisions. It helps me work more effectively with engineers and create designs that are not only beautiful but also buildable. I’m curious by nature, humble in practice, and believe in open communication and empathy throughout the design process. Whether collaborating with teams or working independently under tight deadlines, I always bring energy, focus, clarity, and a deep empathy for the user. Fluent in English, Polish, and Dolphin (yes, really — demos upon request 🐬). ## Work Experience ### Product Designer @ Freelance UI & UX Designer • Product Designer Jan 2023 – Present • Working part-time while raising my daughter, collaborating with startups on UX audits, product design, branding, Webflow site development, and design systems—staying hands-on and up to date with evolving tools and trends in UX and AI.
