My journey with computer science began when I was 14 learning python on the internet. I quickly found that online courses were too restricted but the seed of coding had been planted. Every time I learned a new concept my mind would fill with new things I could do, and each project introduced me to new concepts.

Developed a live-streaming metrics dashboard to display custom YouTube livestream analytics to Ludwig, a YouTube creator with 3.3 million subscribers. This dashboard shows how videos are viewed over time providing insight into how the recommendation algorithm is pushing content. The backend for this project is built in Django using PostgreSQL while the frontend is built with React.js.

Deployed a proof-of-concept configuration driven ingestion pipeline ingesting millions of records/min using DynamoDB, Kinesis, and Delta Live Tables to ensure platform scalability to Zoom’s needs.

Evaluated Big Data table formats by designing a configurable experimentation engine in Spark to measure the execution time of query operations with various experiment parameters.

Developed template notebooks demonstrating how new teams can use ML Platform tools such as feature stores, model registries, ingestion pipelines and model deployment practices in their ML workflows.
