KAYAK Hotels is a new stay experience that bridges the travel platform into physical spaces.

• Launched the company’s hotel brand in 2 markets with 3 properties in first year.
• Developed the brand strategy playbook for KAYAK Hotels, attracting new franchise owners.
• Designed the vision for the physical spaces and guest experience, generating many 9.0+ guest ratings on KAYAK.
• Customized the guest experience by personalizing room amenities 
and providing tailored recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
