I was born in Chennai, India. Apart from my obvious interests in Computers & Programming, I also try to nurture my creativity side by doing oil paintings and by working on hand crafts every now and then.

I have about 5 years of experience working as a JAVA developer. I was involved in a project to develop web services for which we used Informix as back end and the front end was coded using JSF, Java, Spring and Hibernate. I have worked as an Unix Administrator for 6 months in IBM. During that time I learned shell scripting and got comfortable working on Unix. I have also worked part-time as a web developer at Associated Students of San Jose State University. I was responsible for developing an online voting application for my school using PHP.
