Led end-to-end development of Note Assist, an AI-powered note improvement feature that preserves structured markdown elements. Built through Rails backend + React frontend, integrating Claude LLM via AWS Lambda -> Bedrock pipeline.

Co-developed Specialist Co-Pilot, an AI assistant that analyzes support requests and generates contextual CTA recommendations. Includes a hybrid search + RAG pipeline for indexing knowledge articles and historical support requests. Implemented feature flags (Flipper) for staged rollouts.
