(Autocomplete, Keyword Search) • Worked on migrating big data applications to AWS equivalents (ActiveMQ to SQS, MYSQL to RDS, SOLR to SOLRCloud) • Implemented data compare tool using Spark and Scala, that validates integrity of data across different stages (data lakes). • Designed and implemented automation framework for real time data pipeline testing in Java that supports creating consumer/producer to read/write to Kafka, SQS, RDS, SNS etc. • Built a python framework for querying all of Trulia's REST API’s. As Trulia migrated into AWS microservices, the framework expanded to include over 30+ REST APIs and support for Kafka, HBase, HDFS, SQS, SNS, S3 etc. • Developed Realtime SLA monitors for any streaming pipelines by injecting messages into the pipeline and pulling them out using both Java and Python applications. • Stabilizing PROD by adding monitoring and Alerts on Realtime systems using Datadog and integrating with PagerDuty. • Environment: Java, Python, Storm, Kafka, SQS, SNS, S3, RDS, Spark, Scala. ### Software Engineer @ Trulia Jan 2013 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area • Build Autocomplete Search API to make search experience better across Trulia Brands. • Architected, implemented and deployed, Changelog application, that tracks all the changes in the property and publishes the changelog report to SNS for downstream team. • Major contributor of project Pearl, that uniquely identifies a property and generates unique URL for a given property. • Designed, Implemented and Released NextGen Tools used to support CS dept. at Trulia.
