I was the main designer for launching ad creation on a new native app for small businesses on Whatsapp iOS. This new feature allowed advertisers to create new ads, including draft ads and video ads. The app can be downloaded on the apple store as “WA Business”

I worked on on mid-flight guidances, entry points for Instagram linking on Pages, navigation improvements, improving the music experience on Reels for advertisers, and the design system.

Worked on employer campaigns and messaging. The goal was to help recruiters get more qualified applicants for their jobs, while also driving student engagement through Gen AI and design improvements.

Also supported the monetization and the subscription areas of the product to drive revenue through upsells, email, and design experiments.

Designer supporting the growth and retention teams. Redesigned the login, registration/onboarding experiences. The first designer working on the new invitations feature, SEO, and contact sync. I'm the first designer for the sharekit API I and worked individually with partners like Microsoft, Meetup, Weather.com, GoFundme, Patch and Samsung to welcome more neighbors to Nextdoor.

Key Metrics:

Registration/onboarding saw 8.5% SWI impact due to decreased dropoff in the flow, increased functionality, and simplicity from redesign

My work on invitations help drive 9% lift in unique digital inviters, 43% lift in registrations from digital invites, and 42% lift in VNs from digital invites.

Part of the Core Platform Team working on responsive web and iOS design. The focus was on Grant: a member-facing product which allows enterprise customers to efficiently self-manage teams and access within WeWork spaces. Additional projects included mobile keycard access, set-up (creation) flows, and marketing web pages.
