Consultant at Twitter for six consecutive years (thru CPrime, ended Jun 2021), at one time solely managed their 3-million issue Jira server instance along with thousands of Confluence spaces.
Worked on customized, Jira Service Management solutions using JEMH and Scriptrunner to automatically ingest, route and assign tickets, and communicate stakeholder decisions. Managed the entire Twitter Atlassian instance single-handedly for close to six months. Also helped interview candidates for the Manager and FTE positions in the Atlassian Tools team.
