Superset of MMS described below. MLLP is a core infrastructure that provides machine learning batch jobs, machine learning synchronous interaction and machine learning asynchronous interaction. Platform facilitates interaction with models in any manner with any machine learning framework. • MLLP Platform manages thousands of jobs, hundreds of models and 7+ Adobe ML product services for enterprises • Tech Lead for 3 - 4 engineers ### Software Engineer III @ Adobe Jan 2018 – Jan 2020 • Technical owner of Model Management System (MMS). MMS is a multi-cloud, multi-language, multi-vendor internal service to manage the lifecycle of machine learning models at scale. MMS is a core infrastructure that helps engineers and data scientist build models from inception to production. This infra helped launch three major services and counting from beta to general availability for Adobe • One of the first few engineers in a new organization within Adobe chartered to build machine learning services at scale. Implemented the initial architecture for our UI stack which was used to launch two AI services (Attribution AI, Customer AI). https://www.adobe.com/sensei/services.html • Oversee development of other internal services of 1-2 engineers to help aid the feature requests coming from Adobe customers ### Senior Software Engineer @ Intuit Jan 2018 – Jan 2018 • Built a recommendation/insight engine powered by machine learning to help accountants grow their business. The model gives insights to accountants on different areas of their profile. Built and deployed using Sagemaker to interface with our microservice. This machine learning algorithm is patent pending. • As a team of 5 engineers, we helped make all the microservices in Quickbooks Online Accountant GDPR compliant. I built infrastructure to listen to a trigger, delete all data on that trigger from our databases and notify other dependency services within Intuit to also trigger deletes. This involved creating/consuming SQS queues, listening to JMS buses and organizing our databases to do cascading deletes • Helped improve the TP99 time of QBOA by 30% on first page load. This involved doing webpack optimizations, REST call optimizations and lazy loading content. ### Software Engineer 2 @ Intuit Jan 2016 – Jan 2018 • Launched the new accountant profile in Quickbooks Accountant in 9 weeks from concept to production as a team of 12 engineers. Built from React-Redux, this was one the quickest product launches at Intuit. I primarily focused on the new certifications, accountant software expertise and the new publish profile experience • As a team of 8 engineers, built the new redesigned search experience for small businesses trying to connect to accountants. I focused primarily on the backend to support this refreshed page. Worked on stored procedures, caching tables, DB events, and modifying backend business logic • As a team of 3 engineers, made search engine optimizations to get our pages to rank in the top three results when searching for proadvisors on our platform in google . This resulted in a growth of 30% more traffic to our sites from organic search. • Was the lead engineer on the redesign of Reviews in Quickbooks Accountant profile. We redesigned the feature to help build higher quality reviews for each of the accountants on our platform. The redesign included changes to the UI built in Relay, Redux, React and the backend built in Java. • Trained and deployed a machine learning model in Amazon Sagemaker to validate ranking on Find-A-ProAdvisor search. ### Ambassador @ Intuit Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 * Interview or resume screen candidates coming in for internships or full time opportunities out of college * Discuss/implement strategies for increasing retention and attracting top talent * Present personal experiences at intuit and successful practices to follow * Campus tours ### Software Engineer @ Intuit Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 * As a team of 2 engineers, we improved the conversion of small businesses connecting to accountants for our online offerings by 4%. This required creating dashboards of customer interactions, discussing pain points with agents/customers, adding appropriate checks to the business logic and simplifying the user interface * Maintained and created new functionality to Agent Tools to help agents serve customers quicker. Particularly a feature called Detach Client. To have our customers move to the latest version of our offerings for Quickbooks Online Accountant we used this tool for the migration process. * Implemented many voice of customer items such as quick sorting, client side quick search, increased robustness of advanced search and added more searchable content such as phone numbers for Quickbooks Online in customer center and vendor center * As one of the 3 engineers on the on-call rotational team, worked on escalations, bugs and customer suggestions that were reported. As a team, we cleared more than 80% of our backlog during our rotation. ### Software Engineering Intern @ Intuit Jan 2014 – Jan 2014 • Worked on the full stack using Backbone.js for frontend and Java for backend on TurboTax • Frontend work included gathering data in JavaScript to send to analytics, implemented the re-design changes when users login to TurboTax and built the create account page, all of which were/are in production • Backend work included redesign of current test suite with faster objects, created mock classes to assess different tax scenarios and simplified logic from the frontend to backend. • Worked on iOS 8 unstructured time project using new features such as size classes to implement a prototype of a time sheet application in place of existing one ### Software Engineering Intern @ Cubic Jan 2013 – Jan 2013 • Led a team of 4 on 2 projects, building a device integration application and error monitoring application, programmed on .NET with C# • Used database and multithreading to speed up the responsiveness of front end layer by 50% • Implemented UDP/TCP networking protocols to give the end user the option of speed versus reliability when using the application to send data • Created a UI design that simplified GUI navigation by 5 clicks from original sketch ### Software Engineering Intern @ ThoughtStem Jan 2013 – Jan 2013 • Programmed an android app that generates Ruby puzzles with varying levels of difficulty • Formed JQuery, Javascript, CSS and HTML programming curriculum to teach kids/teens • Educated both hardware and software concepts of the Arduino microcontroller to kids/teens ### Software Engineering Intern @ Finovera, Inc Jan 2012 – Jan 2012 • Stylized and edited content of the website using CSS/HTML to showcase the upcoming release • Programmed with C#/Java the menu bars and tabs the user interacts with • Debugged and tested the web application using Redmine ## Education ### Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering UC San Diego ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/kollikrishna --- Source: https://flows.cv/krishnakolli JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/krishnakolli/resume.json Last updated: 2026-04-01
