Made robot-vision system calibration workflow accessible to non- expert users and 3x faster for expert users by relying on periodic user research to keep us on the right track. Introduced HEART success metrics to help the cross-functional teams have shared goals and define our success by the success of our end users.

Advocated for user centric design practices with the cross-functional partners and crafted a design process for the entire team can follow. This include Job-to-be-done( JTBD) methodology, collaborative design thinking, creating a design system and using Google tag manager all together to create a data driven design process.
