Kristel helped business owners to connect with people and customers efficiently through Meta business products and messaging platforms - Messenger, Facebook Business Pages, Instagram Inbox and Meta Business Unify Inbox.

At BFA, my mission is to facilite team's decision making and define the product strategy of FinnSalud. A 4-year project (2019-2022) in Mexico supported by MetLife Foundation, fiscally sponsored by Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. The program is developing a set of financial health standards and a measurement tool to shed light on the state of the financial health of the Mexican population and inform initiatives that can work to improve it. We work with financial service providers and co-operatives to help them deliver products and services that align customer financial health with their ROI.

Kristel leaded Financial Wellbeing initiatives and worked hand by hand with the Behavioural Economics and Data Science teams to address the biases that prevent Australians to spend wisely and save for the future.

Kristel created experiences for the CommBank Mobile App, the Tablet App and the Youth Banking App. She had the opportunity to work in the payments, security, sales, partnerships and banking ecosystem spaces.

Kristel was part of Experimentation Working Group. Her role in the group was to increase awareness of the benefits of experimentation at scale. She also designed a toolkit to standardise lean design methodologies in the digital team.
