•Assist with candidate hiring process through email communications with potential candidates, use of Excel to keep track of progress, and interview scheduling
•Update and maintain CEO's schedule via Google Calendar, create Calendar invites, and set up phone calls for CEO
•Research, record and reserve fine dining and flight options
•Create KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) profiles using Powerpoint
•Research and compile potential KOLs' contact information with Excel
•Daily use of Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Powerpoint and Word
