Former Storyboard Artist turned UX Designer seeking opportunities to solve problems in innovative ways, with a human-centered approach to design. ### UX Designer @ ATPCO

•	Created banner design, LinkedIn posts, PowerPoint presentations, and website materials for Elevate, an annual high-profile airline conference. 
•	Created scripts and conducted usability testing for User Management System and other internal software.
•	Helped Build and maintain Design System through Figma; updated documentation through Zero Height. 
•	Held leadership position on the Design Systems Council.
•	Performed evaluations and created/updated new features on software called Architect, used by pricing analysts in Airline companies.
•	Co-hosted and led Design workshops with teams and other groups using the AJ and Smart Framework.
•	Created User Flows and Customer Journey maps for various projects and presented to upper management.
