Overseeing the Pages Design team (1 Manager, 10 Designers, 2 UXR, and 1 Content Design) across 3 distinct product areas. Working on products that help enable 10 million+ SMBs and Enterprises to successfully develop a social presence on LinkedIn, build storefronts, and drive business outcomes across their marketing, sales, and talent brand business.
Creating product experiences using the end-to-end design process across strategy, research, systems thinking, interaction design, and visual design on mobile and desktop.
Conducting various managerial tasks such as guiding the product vision, resource planning, operations, and coaching/mentoring.
Coordinating projects and driving product and design strategy across multiple lines of business at LinkedIn on Consumer and Enterprise.
Building culture across the team and company by actively being involved in the design community, internal and external mentorship, and creating trainings/courses.
