Worked as Senior Solution Engineer in a team of 5 developers for CDP's Core API Team providing a suite of domain web-based microservices (20+) exposing Investor Accounts, Employer Sponsored RP Distribution, Portfolios related methods used by internal Capital Group clients.

Vetted, enhanced, troubleshot, documented Portfolios, Accounts bundles APIs.

Provided L3 production support for CDP Accounts, and Portfolios microservices which also included prepping for sprint code releases to development and higher environments.

Provided Disaster Recovery Exercise (DRE) Support for Accounts services.

Implementation of Address Change event, subscribed from legacy SS&C application to be curated and published to be consumed by other CDP Services.

Responsibilities and Accomplishments

▪Migration of CDP Core APIs solutions bundle from .net 6 to .Net 8 platform.

▪Implementation of Address change event using Apache Kafka, subscribed from SS&C to be curated and published to be consumed by other CDP Services.

▪Fixed SonarQube failed validation issues for Portfolios and Bank Account bundles.

▪Daily monitoring, Analysis and Fixes of Failed API tests for Accounts bundle.

▪Designing, developing, documenting, auto and manual testing, and supporting of Portfolios bundle APIs as part of TIDE efforts. Worked in pair-programming setup as part of this effort.

▪Fixes of Message Creation Payloads in order to make it compatible with Platform team’s application message logging to include multi-status support

▪Working closely with architects and business team and peer teams regarding event messaging works to stay on top of deliverables.

▪Created business rules using Trisotech, to be consumed in API development validations.
