Initiated a bug oncall process in the team so as to reduce the load on oncall at the same time reduce the service bugs by almost 80%.

Designed, developed and deployed a metric aggregation agent which aggregates a given metric in a workflow thus giving us a wholistic view and reducing the manual effort to aggregate the metric by 100%.

Designed and developed a new model to encompass failing messages and reprocess them thus strengthening the process of deletion and maintaining customer trust.
