Managing team of six developers to rollout a complete online travel agency (OTA) in less than 6 months. Partnering with all company stakeholders to validate requirements and quickly deliver MVP designs for immediate implementation with rapid iteration. Establishing product, development and deployment pipelines in order to set expectations and achieve deliverable results.

Working closely with suppliers (hotel, air, insurance) to integrate their products into the website and booking flow.
