Led Tinder’s AI transformation from org-wide skepticism to essential adoption. Built the paved path for integration, from procurement and model selection to tooling, tutorials, and learning paths, giving every team a clear way to unlock AI in their daily work.

With the brilliant member experience team, we owned and maintained the Performer Page—one of the most visited parts of the site. Together, we boosted performance, improved responsiveness, and made the page more engaging and delightful for fans, all while adding a bit of fun to the experience.

Led web identity efforts, ensuring secure authentication and authorization across our platform. Integrated advanced technologies like facial recognition to verify user authenticity and safeguard against bot and fraud activity.

I led the Social Responsibility team which spearheads culturally relevant projects that make a global impact, such as enabling members to share their voting status and vaccination information. We also build tools to ensure that Tinder is accessible to everyone #a11y 🦾.

Additionally, we build robust tooling and implement streamlined processes to ensure Tinder's compliance with regulations and policies across the globe. Our efforts not only promote social awareness and civic engagement but also maintain trust and transparency.

Lastly, I am representing Match Group at the United Nations Global Compact to plan & execute projects that improve the organization's sustainability practices.
