As Tech Lead, I believe and follow the leadership style of Stephen Covey's Seven Habits. I am convinced that when I treat others with respect and confidence, they will perform their best. I am Scrum certified and I follow the Agile method of sprints and tasks. Our team creates short-term tasks and goals with frequent check-ins. I offer help and support to other members of the team in order to complete the tasks. The tasks all work towards mid-range goals. We have regular meetings to ensure that the mid-range goals are being worked towards. Then as the architect and head engineer of the project, I continue to work with top management to ensure that all tasks and goals are being looked at through the lens of the long-range goal. Each member of the team works together to achieve small tasks and goals all pointing towards and accomplishing the end result of the main goal of the project.

As a senior engineer at Zonos, I was the head engineer on the rebuild project for the financial and accounting systems. I was the front-end and back-end engineer working on this rebuild, helping scale Zonos from a start-up company to the international corporation it is today.

The billing and accounting system built for the clients took an existing spreadsheet-based billing approach and consolidated it down to an automated process while as a primary concern, keeping customer data safe.

Software Engineer

As a software Engineer, I was the largest contributor to a new frontend customer dashboard portal in React.js framework. The dashboard included shipping, financial, admin and trade content to improve relations in the company.
