• Rapid promotion to SWE II (~8 months) recognized for outsized impact, and stellar execution.

• Developer lead for Enhanced Analytics, multi-quarter initiative to completely replace the legacy analytics product. Built 64 new charts/displays, e2e automated UI tests, onboarding/training documentation, detailed monitoring and session replay capabilities, and access control implementation.

• Owned and scaled the Activity Capture service processing ~1.9M emails/wk & 4.3M events/wk; cut p99 from ~4.5 min → 30s and p90 33s → 3s, remedied N+1s, and resolved customer support issues.

• Implemented Activity Summaries for the Groove extension, AI-generated high-level recaps of recent emails, calls, or opportunities.

• Developed a unified Contact Capture system for Clari and Groove, implementing and architecting an internal resync API used by other internal teams to sync activities.

• Built automatic ingest pipelines using puppeteer to facilitate customer personal data retrieval via CCPA authorized agent requests.

• Built an end-to-end RAG pipeline and interactive AI assistant that ingested consumer data (Spotify, YouTube, Facebook, Amazon) and converted it into structured embeddings enabling natural-language queries like “Who is my most-listened artist?” - built with React, Node, Langchain, and pgvector

• Collaborated directly with the CEO on product and marketing: conducted campus user interviews and helped produce social campaign assets and demo videos

• Worked to develop Arduino protocols to interact with 3D-printed prosthesis

• Worked with Keras models to recognize hand gestures on camera and replicate them on physical prosthesis

• Develop computer design skills, hands on assembly skills, and interpersonal skills while working on a team
