KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Design Operations & Process Scaling: Led a major organizational overhaul of the UX team's Figma file structures and templates to improve internal communication, workflow quality, and consistency. Conducted extensive audits, internal interviews, and best-practice research to resolve discoverability issues across hundreds of files, ultimately publishing a standardized template library for the entire organization. Partnered directly with the the global youth team's research and development team, engineering leads, and product management to design and launch innovative new features for emerging populations. ### Staff Designer & UX Manager @ Google Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | San Francisco, CA Managed a visual design and systems team of 6 direct reports that horizontally supported a larger UX organization of 30+ designers. Functioned concurrently as a hands-on staff designer, spearheading the UX and visual design for a foundational AI feature, Google Buying Guide, which launched publicly as part of Google Search's AI experiments. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Dual-Track Leadership: Directed a horizontal design team of six designers to support a massive Consumer Shopping UX organization of over 30 designers, ensuring UI consistency across all features and surfaces.
