- Responsible for maintenance and on-call rotations for company-wide CI (continuous
integration) and build (Bazel) systems, ensuring availability and consistency for
2000+ engineers with a 99.9% uptime SLA
- Overhauled legacy services mirroring jobs and code between GitHub (storage/PR
reviews) to GitLab (CI system), using Temporal workflows on Kubernetes-scheduled
workers. Reduced synchronization time on average by 75% (45s to 11s) for over
200+ repos and their branches. Improved reliability by adding caching to job
queues and parallelizing requests
- Built internal tools and dashboards for self-diagnostics, enabling engineers to
resolve build issues independently.
- Researched and scoped project to create a new internal build/CI system using
Kubernetes frameworks such as Tekton as the core pipeline execution engine and
Temporal as the scheduler.

- Developed mobile and web apps pro-bono for three non-profits
- DC Central Kitchen: Created mobile app using React Native, Node.js, and Airtable to
run a rewards and coupon system, helping deliver fresh produce to low-income
communities.
- Unloop: Built a web platform to manage student data and program resources.
Developed the frontend with React and structured the backend using Ruby on Rails
and Node
- Meepanyar: Developed an app to track and manage electricity access in Myanmar’s
off-grid communities. Leveraged Airtable and Redux for efficient data management.
