Keeping an eye on hundreds of thousands of kubernetes pods and helping to manage all the things that make them work.

Joined the newly formed Client Data team to build GraphQL infrastructure and make it the standard way all of Yelp’s platforms interfaced with Yelp’s backend

* Added features to Yelp’s node.js generated client libraries to support mutations in GraphQL

* Led project to codify ownership of all GraphQL type resolvers and operations across all of Yelp’s platforms

* Built observability and monitoring tooling for our GraphQL so engineers could monitor and observe the performance and healthiness of their operations and resolvers

Helped to create & manage the Continuous Integration & Delivery (CID) team. Spent the first year leading the team through migrating our git and code review stack to Github Enterprise. Worked with technical leadership on the team to identify and prioritize other opportunities for improving developer velocity.

Worked on an internal tools and CI/CD team. Built and maintained various custom and 3rd party infrastructure for continuous release workflows across mobile, backend, and frontend platforms.

* Helped build a way to highly parallelize testing across cloud compute cluster using a custom mesos scheduler and hundreds of auto-scaling EC2 instances.

* On the team that built and maintained test reporting infrastructure on top of elasticsearch capable of handling millions of new test results per day.

* Worked to modernize the Jenkins CI infrastructure by providing easily configurable, auto-scaling, self-repairing, and resilient for hundreds of developers across over a thousand CI/CD pipelines.
