• Responsible for end-to-end design from discovery to development in support of product strategy for high-growth, Google.org-backed civic tech product that serves 8+ million residents and was named one of TIME’s best inventions of 2025

• Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers on design iteration, delivery, documentation, and implementation

• Maintain, scale, and drive adoption of design system for product

• Advocate for user needs and adherence to accessibility (WCAG) standards in delivery work

Served as client-facing design lead on public and private sector consulting projects, including:

• Bookshare – Led the end-to-end redesign of the world’s largest accessible e-book library that serves ~1 million users with visual and learning impairments

• San Francisco Department for Children, Youth and their Families – Owned the full 0→1 design of new city-funded resource hub for San Francisco families

• San Francisco Foundation – Drove the redesign of affordable housing data resource site, resulting in 59% increase in active user engagement

• California Governor’s Office of Planning and Research – Conducted extensive user research project to guide product strategy for state climate resiliency data tools

Provided UX strategy and UI design services for short-term pro bono client engagements
