# Kyle R. > Senior Software Engineer at 1Password Location: San Luis Obispo, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/kyler I’m a solution-driven software engineer with experience working on teams at companies ranging in size from small startups to large companies. I’ll ask as many questions as necessary to understand the requirements and the problem we are trying to solve to ensure the proper solution is implemented. I’m a big proponent of data-driven decisions and incremental feature development. I also recognize that sometimes incremental development isn’t possible and the whole feature needs to be delivered to see any benefits. I love learning and growing both as a developer and a leader. I enjoy learning new technologies and exploring different approaches to solving a problem. As a leader, I know I’m not necessarily the smartest person in the room, so I value collaborative teams where everyone’s voices are heard. I firmly believe that learning from mistakes doesn’t require blame, and part of the job of more senior engineers is to help more junior engineers grow. I’m passionate about good company cultures where people are valued and the best ideas prevail no matter who proposed them. I’ve been fortunate to work with some amazing teams of wonderful people. If you have an awesome, friendly, people-centric company culture with a passion for building good software that your users love, I’d love to hear about it! ## Work Experience ### Staff Developer @
