Proposed, built, and grew a game-changing, multi-disciplinary team of 4 managers and 20 designers with a mission to erase the seams of our marketing and product first-use experiences. Grew principal-level individual contributors into design leaders, partnered with 6 Marketing directors and 2 Product directors to deliver 3 years of brand campaigns across end-to-end touchpoints, tested and launched a new business model, and spearheaded a new visual design language.
