• Support Cisco INSBU(N9K)'s strategic accounts customers (Hyper Scaler/Cloud), MSFT/Alibaba/ Tencent/Baidu/NAVER/Samsung...
• Solve business critical escalated network issues by analyzing problems, engaging required BU resources, and steering the direction of troubleshooting and necessary hardware and software fix
