I joined DocuSign to lead the Enterprise design team for our flagship eSignature product. Since then, my role has expanded to oversee all agreement creation experiences across the company. I've been responsible for several big product launches along the way. We’re currently designing new while reimagining existing experiences, with the goal of delivering a transformative vision.

This journey has been marked by scaling brilliant, high performing teams, nurturing leaders, and, most importantly, a relentless focus on meeting the needs of over a million customers.

I joined Satmetrix, a startup where I not only designed a product from the ground up but also built my first design and research team. In just four years, we went from concept to launch, ultimately leading to the company’s acquisition by a public company—a milestone achievement.

This experience was pivotal, deepening my understanding of design leadership and revealing how design can drive impact across an entire organization, far beyond just the product team.
