• Development of low/no code solutions using PowerApps. Using SharePoint as data source to display/edit data in Canvas app and surfaced the app in a SharePoint site.
• Automation of business processes using PowerAutomate – using Standard connectors within O365 suite.
• Level 3 Support including license management for all collaboration tools – O365 – Exchange/ SharePoint/ OneDrive/ MS Teams/ MS Forms, Miro, Smartsheet, Aisera, and IOffice/HummingBird.
• Collaborated with the Legal stakeholders to create the retention process for all electronic documents in SharePoint sites.
• Collaborated with Change Management/Employee Enablement teams to aid with communications and job aids for changes.
• Successfully migrated files from Shared Drives to SharePoint/OneDrive using SharePoint Migration Tool/ShareGate as cost savings effort for the company.
• Lead the project to migrate files from Box to SharePoint/OneDrive using SkySync tool. Around 800TB of data was migrated from Box to SharePoint/OneDrive as company was leaning towards cloud storage.
• Lead the effort to clean up multiple versions of files and archive large sites as cost savings effort for the company.
• Out of box customizations to SharePoint sites to improve user experience.
• Trained and educated different departments on the usage of MS Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive.
