Developed custom dual-layer printer driver for leading-edge high-performance/high-resolution inkjet printer with 60 page-per-minute capability. This technology was utilized in consumer and professional wide-format printers.

Implemented watermark graphics rendering filter utilized by a dozen Windows XPS-based printer drivers. The core for this was implemented and shipped in our Host Print SDK product and utilized by all customers supporting Windows Vista and newer.

Led effort to refactor and modernize Host Print SDK to abstract proprietary, third-party, and custom code to be delivered to OEM customers. Reliability and maintainability were paramount to be able to support our customers with a small team, so designing and implementing these changes reduced our support queue turnaround from weeks to days.

Developed course curriculum, taught courses, and provided architectural guidance to over a dozen OEM customers and internal teams on usage and best practices of Host Print SDK development.
