# Lara H. > Founding Product Designer @ Onetera | Previously @ Deloitte Digital | UX Design, UX Research & Validation, Product Management Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/larah Evidence over assumption. That is my design ethos - creating products that users love and that contribute to the success of businesses. How do I do this? 🔎 comprehensive user research tailored to the problem at hand (i.e card sorting for navigation redesign, user interviews for generative research, diary studies to observe longitudinal user behavior) 👥 keeping all stakeholders in the loop from early discovery to UI handoff (i.e facilitating discovery workshops, design reviews, stakeholder interviews) 📝 effective design strategy through clear establishment of goals, deliverables, and success metrics 💡 a space for things to get messy (sketches, brainstorming sessions, low-fidelity wireframes, rapid prototyping) ## Work Experience ### Founding Product Designer @ Onetera Jan 2024 – Present | Los Angeles Metropolitan Area ### User Experience Designer Associate @ Deloitte Digital Jan 2022 – Jan 2023 | Los Angeles County, California, United States Designed consumer-facing mobile and web-based products for four Fortune 500 companies, specializing in e-commerce.
