Directed the strategy for which translational areas Arcadia will explore. This includes doing due diligence for areas within therapeutics, building out our investor and business network, and ensuring the rest of the organization is coordinated and up-to-date on focus areas. Also initiated the Founder-in-Residence program and led Product Sprints with Discovery and Engineering.
