Promoted to Senior Product Designer after consistently operating as a design lead, I own end-to-end product initiatives from research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and delivery. I partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and deliver user-centred solutions, using research insights and continuous feedback to iterate and improve the product. I contribute to and maintain the Design System to ensure scalable, consistent experiences.

Beyond project work, I’ve led the hiring process for a new designer, supported recruitment efforts, and currently operate as a solo designer, owning and supporting the full design function across teams.
