Delivered a feature from 0 to 1, working with designers, analysts, & engineers to waive late fees for customers in disaster zones, aiding 75k customers for Hurricane Ian & Fiona alone, leading to $2.3M in total savings for crisis-impacted customers in 2022.
Drove a late-fee waiver for customers through the entire product lifecycle: gaining buy-in from 30+ cross-functional stakeholders in legal, operations, business, and tech; and directed the roadmap and execution plan across 3 tech teams.
Developed product roadmap, refined features & collaborated cross-functionally to de-risk timelines, enabling team to complete 96.6% of committed work on time in Q2.
Prevented 7,500 users and $245M of debt from going into collections by reducing time-to-market from 10-12 weeks to 3 weeks and influencing stakeholders to swiftly update minimum card payment software after federal interest rate hikes of Spring 2022.
Advocated for customers and reduced the financial burden on lower-debt customers by 75% while still bringing in $4.12M in additional annual revenue by convincing business stakeholders to change interest-rate policy.
Planned the Recoveries Payment features 1-year roadmap with full accountability over Agile scrum team and all deliverables.
Planned an overall software migration roadmap, prioritized must-have MVP features, and removed bottlenecks across 4 tech teams–all while directing Payment feature roadmap and addressing long-overdue tech debt.
