Received approval for full implementation at all six hospitals within the corporation. ### Administrative Intern @ MemorialCare Health System Jan 2012 – Jan 2012 • Created a Knowledge Management System for the Lean Resource Office (LRO) through reconstruction of the current intranet, shared drive, processes and culture that surrounded the system. • Trained on the Electronic Health Care record keeping system (EPIC) for various hospitals. • Shadowed COO and executed analysis of the national healthcare system using local hospitals interactions. • Gained insight about the operation and administration of the hospital and its relation to national healthcare policy. ### President & Co-Founder @ Volunteens of Long Beach Jan 2007 – Jan 2010 | Long Beach, CA Volunteens of Long Beach sought to address the needs of our underserved community by facilitating the process of volunteer opportunity match-ups. Our organization encountered students who passionately aimed to address specific community needs, but didn’t know how/where to apply their energy. Specific venues for young teenagers did not yet exist. As president and co-founder, I recruited new volunteers and expanded the organization from 45 to more than 200 students. I exhaustively searched the community to find volunteer events and organizations suitable for high school students, gaining great skills in managing diverse client needs among a myriad of organizations.
