My team provides product, design, and marketing services to growth-stage startups and innovation-hungry enterprises.

Responsible for working with Fortune 1000 companies to launch innovative employee-facing or consumer-facing digital products. Clients include Walmart International, Chick-fil-A, Under Armour, Zappos, Visionworks, Teach For America, H-E-B, and more. I designed custom workshops, facilitated remote and on-site design thinking sessions, and design sprints. My goal is to validate problem-solution fit, co-create a shared product vision, drive cross-functional alignment, and garner buy-in from organization leaders to build a budget for a team. My success measured by if an internal team can pick up my product strategy efforts and continue delivering the work. In the year in this role, I drove revenue to 7+ accounts, at over $200-300k per account.

I lead the team as the product manager for Ship.com, a B2C package tracking & shipping app. I worked closely with the CEO and their executive team to define their product vision and strategy. I managed a distributed team across the US and I regularly facilitated remote design thinking workshops. I was responsible for everything from customer requirement gathering to commercial release.

I lead the design of the platform that our team launched for our client, Zappos. Over the course of the year, we launched 7 products and create a full enterprise software suite. I owned the entire product design, from sketches, lo-fi wireframes, flow charts to prototypes and pixel perfect assets. Additionally, set the processes for the user research, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, concept testing, etc. In 6 months, 100% of the 1,800 employees were monthly active users, and became the most used internal platform at Zappos. Next, I continued to iterate the product and team grow 3x in size: from refining our approach to user research to how we structured our design system. I frequently facilitated design thinking workshops to help engage our stakeholders, create alignment, and perform rapid ideation.

Responsible for were creating a design system, improving usability and navigation, and expanding on an existing SaaS product. I worked with a small product team in an agile development and delivered pixel perfect designs and collaborated with engineers to ship features. Ultimately, the agency I worked with (Teamvvork) was acquired by RevUnit, where I continued the work on this platform as a full-time employee.
