Key Contributions:

• Maintained infrastructure using AWS and Terraform, and led the initial integration of Datadog into the product for observability

• Built and improved patient-facing features in React Native, with a focus on streamlining the new patient onboarding experience, improving usability, and reducing drop-off during registration and intake

• Implemented and configured white-labeled enterprise client experiences, enabling partner-specific variations in the app. Built internal tooling with Retool to streamline testing and QA across multiple client configurations, improving implementation speed and reliability

• Developed scalable backend APIs using Python and FastAPI, supporting core platform functionality.
