Onit is a B2B legal workflow solution for enterprise legal management (ELM) and contract lifecycle management (CLM), utilizing AI-driven workflows to manage legal matters, finances, vendors, and contracts, enhancing operational and cost efficiency to drive faster revenue generation and business growth.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team of 5 cross-disciplinary designers and 2 content creators to unify the design system and language across 6 subsidiary companies, supporting 11 products for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Player-Coach: Design experiences leveraging AI, automation, and core product capabilities to enhance go-to-market strategies, accelerate customer acquisition, and retain existing customers through feature enhancements.
